Rebecca Parsons

Rebecca "Becky"  Parsons is the Director of Talent Management in University Advancement at William & Mary.  In this role, she has advocated for inclusive and equitable hiring practices and serves as a member of the task force and Diversity & Inclusion committee for her department. She is a valued member of Coming to the Table's Leadership team and VRHI's Board of Directors.
